Guarantee/DOA/Return policy

Refunds are available to unshipped orders up to a maximum of 14 days following payment, following this time we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the order total as compensation for the care of the animal, any fees paid by us and the possibility of losing sale opportunity's on the livestock

- *24 hour DOA credit for replacement is valid only if care instructions are followed, frag is not removed from plug, is not mounted to rockwork or has not been killed by aggressive dips, you must notify us immediately with clear images either via email reeffreaks@yahoo.com

- We do not offer refunds on shipped livestock only credit through our guarantee.

- We do not offer returns on livestock.

- We do not refund or credit any shipping costs. this is an external cost to a 3rd party who's service is completed.

- All replacements granted are subject to an additional shipping fee.

- We will not take responsibility for missed delivery attempts or changes to our couriers delivery time by customers a this may result corals death.

- We will not take responsibility for parcels if a customer alleges it hasn't been delivered to their address when it has been signed for as delivered by the courier. in the event of this happening it is the customers responsibility to track down the parcel not reeffreaks.

- We will not cover any losses where the received coral has been attached to rockwork against our advice on arrival.

- Parcel Tracking is supplied for all packages, customers are expected to keep an eye on the tracking on delivery day and chase directly with the courier if the parcel is late. we will not accept liability for delayed parcels.

- At this time we offer dead on arrival guarantee to corals only, once out of the bag the coral is your responsibility, Dipping freshly shipped corals can often go wrong if the dip is too strong or with a product not formulated for corals. 

- Guarantee applies to online shipped orders only, not collections.

- To qualify, we require a picture of the coral in the unopened shipping bag within an hour of signing for the delivery. We will not work outside these terms as too many variables are out of our control. Time of submission will be verified against signing time of delivery. 

- We do not cover corals that have been left in their shipping box after delivery, it is customers responsibility to get the corals into their tanks within an hour of signing. 

- we will offer replacement or in the situation a replacement is not available to the same value of original purchase price a credit note for use on the website or in store will be issued for use within 6 calendar months of the original purchase. 

- Livestock credit cannot be used for shipping

- Livestock credit is redeemable against coral livestock only

- Discounted corals get either replacements or credit for amount paid, not items original price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as live corals, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
